FAQ

As each frame is custom-made to order turnaround times can fluctuate dependent upon material availability, health and safety measures, and current order volume and are therefore not guaranteed. We provide ship date estimates based on the timelines for each service below.

All pieces are made to order. Framed pieces up to 30x40 will be processed within 48 hours of the order, then please allow 9-12 business days for production + shipping. Sizes 40x60 and above take up to 4-6 weeks + shipping depending on capacity and availability.

Unframed, print only pieces are 5-7 business days + shipping time.

Once the order is shipped, all transit times are based on shipping carriers, we are not responsible for any delays or incorrect mailing addresses.

Returns: All orders are custom made to order, returns are not available. 

However, if for any reason your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5-7 business days of your delivery date and order number, along with pictures of the following:

1. damaged product
2. interior packaging
3. exterior packaging

Orders reported damaged outside of the 7 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement*. 

**Damaged and lost orders are eligible for replacement of the purchased product. Please note all sales are final and refunds are not available for damaged or lost orders. 

Your frame will arrive ready to hang with hanging hardware and care instructions. The hardware includes 1 hook, 1 nail, and a wire to make hanging as simple as possible.

Environmental impact is something we take seriously. We do our best to strike a balance between packaging that best protects your frame and minimizes environmental impact and will remain committed to reducing, substituting, and eliminating wasteful packaging without compromising the quality or integrity of our product.

We do our best to provide affordable fine art work while still meeting quality standards that can stand the test of time.

FRAMES:

All of our frames are made of solid wood and hand built, made to order.

ACRYLIC:

All of our framed pieces come with non-glare, UV resistant acrylic to maintain the quality of the art for years to come.

PAPER:

Our pieces are printed on acid and pulp free paper to preserve the photograph and colors for years to come.

MATS:

All mats are acid-free and completely archival. The thickness is 4 ply and the color is standard white that pairs best with the gallery frame and artwork.

PACKAGING MATERIALS:

We do our best to package all orders with natural and recyclable materials that will also protect your order in transit.
